It is with great pleasure that I retire the wall of shame. I think I made my point. That doesn’t mean I’m ready to turn comments back on just yet. Trust is built over time with small advances.
The idea behind the wall of shame was to let companies know that their PR firms didn’t get social media or the idea that spamming doesn’t really get your message out in a positive manner. The wall of shame has accomplished that and driven attempted spam down to a trickle.
This is a good day for socila media.
