At the beginning of June, I had the opportunity to speak at the CITE conference in San Francisco. The theme was social collaboration implementation best practices. What emerged was “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Social Collaboration Implementations” which sounded much less sterile.
What began as a simple blog post quickly escalated into a full ShortReport complete with infographic. So, with homage to the late Stephen Covey, here are my seven thoughts for implementing social collaboration software so that it actually pays off.
